The Board of Directors of Saarni Cloud Oy has appointed Henrik Reims as the new CEO of the Saarni Cloud Group effective 1 May 2026. Current CEO Kaj Rintala will move into a new role within the Group focusing on business development. He will also join the company’s Board of Directors.
Henrik Reims has extensive experience in technology and business leadership. He has held management positions at, among others, IBM and Tietoevry, and most recently served as CEO of Attido Oy.

Kaj Rintala is one of the founders of Saarni Cloud and has served as the Group’s CEO since 2021. He will continue within the Group in the new role of Director, New Business, where he will be responsible for the development of the Group and its businesses, as well as strategic initiatives. In addition, he will continue as CEO of Saarni Nepton and Saarni Likeit. He will also join the company’s Board of Directors.

According to Saarni Cloud’s Board of Directors, the company is now entering its next phase of development, with a focus on the continuous development of its software solutions, the use of artificial intelligence and international growth.
