We are now looking for a 

Senior Software Developer (PHP) 

to join our growing community and help us on our journey to become Finland’s most attractive SaaS community, where the most advanced companies, employees, and customers want to belong. 

Your daily tasks and responsibilities 

Application development and technical ownership 
As part of cross-functional team, with responsibility for code quality, maintainability and technical solutions. As a senior developer, you help raise the overall quality bar of the team through example and constructive feedback. 

Testing and reliability 
You develop and maintain automated tests, participate in testing activities, and ensure production issues are identified, analysed, and resolved effectively. 

Collaboration with team and stakeholders 
You work closely with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver roadmap features, improvements, and support requests. You contribute your experience to planning, estimation, and technical discussions. 

Technical modernization and continuous improvement 
You play an active role in analysing, planning, and implementing system modernization and refactoring initiatives, helping ensure our platforms remain stable, scalable, and fit for future needs. 

What we expect from you 

• Strong core PHP skills 
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks 
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in application development 
• Solid understanding of design patterns such as MVC and SOLID 
• Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests 
• Experience with React 
• Fluent English skills 

Bonus: 

• Fluent Finnish skills 
• Experience in using AI tools or AI‑assisted development workflows in day‑to‑day software development
